About
My love for the ocean has led me towards working in the resort, surf and swimwear industry throughout my career in fashion. I have been an apparel designer and textile designer for over 20 years while living in Hawaii, New York, California and now Portugal. I also designed and owned a paper goods and accessories business which was sold at major retailers, as well as small boutiques.
Monique Moran Studio was created to explore surface pattern design throughout home decor, apparel and paper goods. My focus is on creating a colorful world full of nature, art deco and beach culture. My Experience

I am fully versed in the printing process, working with factories and creating production ready artwork for a variety of apparel and accessories products. Designing and owning a paper goods and accessories business offered insight into the gift industry within sales, merchandising and production.
